Julie Sherriff, President

With a proven track record of effective search management, Julie leads the company's search efforts for a diverse client base, including private practices, hospitals and health systems, as well as major academic assignments.

Julie has been involved in the healthcare field for more than 25 years. Her longevity in the field gives her an exceptional understanding of the unique needs of healthcare organizations. Prior to her physician search career, she worked for a Radiology group practice and also served as an officer in a software company.

Julie is a founding member of the National Association of Physician Recruiters (NAPR), and has served as both President and Board of Directors member. She also led NAPR's for-profit subsidiary, NAPR Services, Inc, for several years.

She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Mid-America Nazarene University and graduate hours from Kansas University.

She lives in the Kansas City area with her husband Bill, and has two adult children. In her spare time, Julie enjoys collecting American antiques, traveling, photography, reading, and following local professional and collegiate sports teams.
