Monica joined the company after a successful healthcare career with a major children's hospital. Her knowledge of the healthcare industry from an insider's point of view has earned her quick admiration from clients, physicians, and other physician search consultants.

Monica has a degree in Family Studies and Human Services from Kansas State University and is a member of the National Association of Physician Recruiters (NAPR) and First Choice, Inc.

During her free time, Monica enjoys traveling, gardening, eating sushi with friends, attending Kansas City Chiefs football games with her husband Dan, and playing with their black and white cocker spaniel, Jack.
