The Lazoritz Group provides provides hospital and medical staff consulting services in all aspects of hospital interactions. Dr. Lazoritz is a nationally known author and speaker regarding child abuse and has presented at hundreds of events, locally, regionally and nationally. He also provides career coaching for physicians and is a certified Birkman Method consultant. Dr. Lazoritz received his medical degree from the State University of New York Buffalo, and completed his Pediatric Residency at the Naval Regional Medical Center in Norfolk, Virginia.
He is the author of multiple books regarding Child Abuse including, Shaken Baby Syndrome: A Multidisciplinary Approach, Out Of The Darkness: The Story of Mary Ellen Wilson, The Mary Ellen Wilson Child Abuse Case and The Beginning of Children's Rights in 19th Century America.
The Grimes Healthcare Group, led by Tom Grimes
The Grimes Healthcare Group assists hospitals and healthcare systems in developing their physician recruitment and retention strategies. Tom serves as Board Chair & President of the Good Samaritan Healthcare System Support Organization which is an oversight board established as a result of the affiliation between Good Samaritan Community Healthcare System in Puyallup, Washington and MultiCare Health System in Tacoma, Washington.
Tom retired in 2006 as President/Chief Executive Officer of Good Samaritan Community Healthcare System. This regional urban healthcare system is located in the South Puget Sound Area of Washington. He has 40 years of experience in the healthcare industry and has held leadership positions in urban and rural healthcare facilities throughout the country. The financial turnarounds he achieved were the result of physician recruitment strategies, outstanding relationships with medical staff, and hospital board development.
