- Not-for-profit Community Health Center that serves insured, as well as low-income uninsured, Medicaid, and Medicare patients
- 3 sites of service with over 13 primary care providers and the group is expanding
- Positions are full-time, strictly outpatient, 40-hours per week (job sharing may also be considered)
